Responsibilities
Develop & execute regulatory strategies for new & modified OTC products in relation to the FDA and Health Canada
Ensure compliance throughout the product life cycle
Review & approve product labelling, claims, artwork & promotional materials
Monitor & report adverse events & oversee product recalls
Liaise with regulatory authorities as primary source of contact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree
At least 10 years' regulatory experience in personal care or cosmetics manufacturing
Advanced knowledge of technical & regulatory matters in personal care
Ability to work in an international, multi-disciplinary environment
