Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers while remaining actively involved in architecture and development
Design and implement blockchain-based solutions including smart contracts and decentralized applications on EVM-compatible networks
Take full responsibility for delivering mission-critical products by collaborating with product and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust solutions
Contribute to coding, feature implementation, performance optimization, and code reviews
Shape product architecture, enforce best practices, and guide technical decision-making across the team
Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of Ethereum and EVM internals with proven experience deploying complex smart contract systems
Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript or TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and ETL pipelines
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, serverless frameworks, and tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with test automation and CI/CD tools such as Selenium and Jenkins
Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and inspire engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on
Preferred
Startup experience and building products from zero to one is highly desirable
Prior work in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or DeFi projects is a significant advantage
