Responsibilities
Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation, including discrimination and wrongful termination matters
Engage in class action and PAGA litigation from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions; argue motions in court
Take and defend depositions and conduct administrative hearings
Draft workplace policies and deliver employee training programs
Provide day-to-day advice and counseling to employers on employment law issues
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of relevant labor and employment law experience
Strong background in employment litigation and counseling
Active California Bar admission required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience drafting legal documents and arguing motions
Ability to conduct depositions and administrative hearings
Proficiency in advising employers and drafting workplace policies
Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple matters
