Manage and coach the R & D Formulation team
Lead in the development and approval of SOPs
Act as the Subject Matter Expert on all formulation matters
Be the primary contact for customers regarding formulation decisions

Qualification

Technical formulation skillsR & D IT systemsAerosol product formulationLaboratory experienceTeam management

Required

Bachelor of Science degree with at least 5 years' laboratory experience
At least 5 years' experience in the personal care or related industry
Excellent knowledge of R & D IT systems
Strong technical formulation skills

Preferred

Ideally, experience in formulating aerosol products
