Responsibilities
Lead and grow the embedded/firmware engineering team
Define and execute IoT firmware architecture, connectivity, and low-power design
Oversee secure OTA updates, device provisioning, and fleet management
Collaborate with hardware, cloud, and product teams to deliver end-to-end IoT solutions
Establish engineering standards, best practices, and scalable firmware architecture
Qualification
Required
10+ years in embedded systems, 3+ in leadership
Expert in C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS/Zephyr), ARM Cortex-M
Hands-on with BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, MQTT, CoAP, or LTE-M/NB-IoT
Experience with secure boot, OTA updates, and device security
Proven track record delivering production IoT devices
