Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for in-person, telephone, and email inquiries
Schedule meetings, collect data, and provide support to the Program Evaluator and faculty
Work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff in support of the project housed in the Division of Natural Sciences, Engineering & Mathematics

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, business, or communication
Five years of experience as an administrative assistant
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
Demonstrated ability to prepare presentation materials
Strong attention to detail and organization, and ability to complete multiple assignments
Excellent communication and organizational skills, spelling, and grammar
Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals in a professional manner
Excellent interpersonal and group skills, mature, and discreet

Preferred

master's degree
