Partnerships & Account Growth Lead (Equity + Commission)
SubSuite is a platform built to help subscription brands grow together instead of competing for attention through ads. They are seeking a Partnerships & Account Growth Lead to own partner acquisition and revenue growth across their platform, focusing on onboarding new subscription brands and maximizing partner revenue through various strategies.
Responsibilities
Onboard new subscription brands via email outreach, partner platforms (Impact, etc.), demos, and inbound leads
Inherit and grow ~25 existing subscription brands at launch (20M+ combined subscribers)
Maximize partner revenue by activating and monetizing subscriber perks & rewards, including:
Improving landing pages and conversion flows
Recommending effective discounts, trials, or exclusive perks
Helping brands activate partner relationships
Supporting promotion of perks via email, in-app placements, and content
Serve as a strategic growth partner to brand, marketing, and partnerships teams
Create or collaborate on consumer-facing promotion (PR, short-form ads, and campaign concepts across TikTok, Meta, etc.) that showcase live cross-promotions
Qualification
Required
Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, or revenue‑share growth models
Exposure to subscription or B2C products, including trials, pricing pages, churn, and LTV dynamics
Demonstrated revenue ownership (conversions, account growth, or monetization outcomes)
Strong communication skills with the ability to advise partners and influence outcomes
Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in an early‑stage environment
Benefits
Equity: 2.5–5%
Commission: 15–35% (uncapped)
