Senior LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across their organization. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Host kickoff meetings with stakeholders and project teams
Develop work breakdown structures (WBS), dependency documentation, and timelines for complex work efforts
Lead cross-functional teams and delegate tasks
Track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate updates
Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks
Perform quality checks and manage scope changes
Monitor budgets and implement risk management strategies
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; tools like MS Project and JIRA for tracking, editing, and managing data
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage escalation paths to keep projects on track
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, and technologies
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certification
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies
