Draft and negotiate a wide range of technology, IP, and commercial agreements
Advise clients on intellectual property and technology aspects of complex transactions
Support IP and technology components of corporate and strategic deals
Interact directly with clients and collaborate closely with cross-functional legal teams
Mentor and support junior attorneys within the practice
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in IP and technology transactions
Background in technology and/or life sciences transactions required
Active California Bar admission required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials and deal experience
Preferred
Strong understanding of technology and life sciences industries
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative team environment
Sound judgment and attention to detail
