Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Plan and oversee projects using PMO resources; manage budgets and timelines

Contract & Vendor Management: Ensure quality deliverables, handle bids, proposals, and change orders

Leadership & Communication: Advise leadership on status, budgets, and resources; maintain stakeholder relationships

Project Execution: Develop and maintain plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality

Operational & Risk Management: Drive milestone reviews, manage changes, mitigate risks, and ensure documentation

Financial Management: Forecast costs, manage invoicing, and monitor variances
