Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership to guide financial planning and performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis activities
Build and enhance KPI frameworks; develop dashboards to track performance trends
Create and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions
Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages
Analyze operational drivers to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
Provide data-driven insights to inform strategy, investments, and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field from a top-tier program
4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, and/or FP&A
Expert-level Excel financial modeling skills; proficiency with SQL
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of professional stability and progression
Must be local to Atlanta metro
