Responsibilities
Review complex federal and multi-state income tax returns for high net worth/ultra high net worth individuals (including gift and estate taxes), partnerships, trusts and foundations
Review quarterly and year-end income tax projections and estimated tax vouchers
Manage creation and implementation of processes and procedures for the tax team
Collaborate and provide feedback to engineers to help us build products and tools
Research various tax matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting firm, with a focus on HNW individual tax compliance and planning
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
Excellent client service skills
Proficiency with CCH Axcess and BNA Income Tax Planner
Preferred
Experience working directly with tech founders and builders (equity compensation)
CPA or JD preferred
