Define and drive the strategy for all collections and recovery initiatives
Translate complex data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to prevent delinquency and improve recoveries
Partner with teams across analytics, operations, and finance to turn strategy into measurable impact
Experiment, test, and iterate on segmentation, treatments, and contact strategies to maximize results
Lead the evolution of governance and performance measurement for collections programs
Qualification
Required
A seasoned collections or credit risk professional (5+ years) who thrives at the intersection of data and strategy
Experienced in SQL, Python, or R, with a track record of turning analytics into business outcomes
Skilled in understanding portfolio behavior and predicting trends before they become issues
A strategic thinker with the ability to influence and inspire senior leadership
