Responsibilities
Perform heavy maintenance and scheduled checks in an MRO environment
Execute structural repairs, sheet metal fabrication, and composite repairs per approved data
Install, repair, and modify aircraft structures, skins, frames, stringers, and composite components
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems as required
Accurately complete task cards, work packages, and maintenance documentation
Support overtime, shift work, and production schedules as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience working on large commercial planes either directly or in an MRO
Experience in heavy maintenance and structural repairs
Knowledge of FAA regulations
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
2+ years of experience in an MRO or heavy maintenance environment
Hands-on experience with structural, sheet metal, and/or composite repairs
Strong understanding of FAA regulations and approved maintenance data
Ability to work independently or within a production-focused team
Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
