Senior Program Delivery, Enterprise Transformation

Responsibilities
Deliver provider performance metrics for interoperability products
Facilitate provider performance improvement through best practices and insights
Create and present provider scorecards in multidisciplinary forums
Consult on product expansion and roadmap opportunities
Identify root causes of performance issues and facilitate resolutions
Measure provider performance against pre-product baselines and cohorts
Communicate results to internal stakeholders and providers across multiple channels
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent communication and adoption of interoperability solutions
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge program impact
Lead and co-lead provider performance conversations with provider groups and key internal stakeholders
Promote interoperability growth by presenting product opportunities and utilization strategies to providers
Share performance metrics and best practices to drive adoption of interoperability products
Communicate recommended utilization approaches to providers and internal teams
Collaborate with IT teams, EHR vendors, and internal business partners to support adoption and optimization of interoperability solutions
Ensure all deliverables comply with Humana’s best practices, process standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain consistent quality and organizational alignment
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in performance metrics or data analytics, preferably in healthcare or provider networks
2+ years of account management, clinical engagement, or relationship management experience
Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights for clinical and non-clinical audiences
Ability to travel 10–15%
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of EHR systems, FHIR APIs, and HL7 standards is highly desirable
Project management or process improvement certification
