Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of experience in private equity transactions

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Texas Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in Texas
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters independently
