Global Consumer Insights Researcher (Marketing & Brand Insights - Consumer Electronics)
US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. They are seeking an experienced CX Insights Researcher to support the Go-to-Market Insights function within the Platforms & Devices Strategy & Operations team. This role involves leading consumer insights projects, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform marketing strategies for global hardware products.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle consumer insights projects across qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research
Run in-store and online customer journey studies to identify friction points and growth opportunities
Design and execute qualitative research, including focus groups, IDIs, and concept testing
Build, program, and field quantitative surveys; analyze results and collaborate with external research vendors
Conduct structured A/B tests to evaluate creative, messaging, and go-to-market concepts
Synthesize insights from multiple sources—primary research, market data, cultural trends, and tracking studies—into clear, actionable narratives
Develop story-driven insight decks and present recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Run insights workshops to help teams internalize audience learnings and apply them to brand, creative, and marketing strategies
Translate ambiguous business questions into testable hypotheses and structured research plans
Collaborate with Measurement & Analytics teams to align primary research with brand tracking and measurement frameworks
Partner with EMEA and APAC regional insights teams to ensure global consistency and cross-market learning
Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance research design, synthesis, and storytelling workflows
Manage research vendors, budgets, timelines, and overall project operations
Influence cross-functional partners to drive insights-led decision making across campaigns and go-to-market planning
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in primary marketing research and/or consumer insights roles
Experience programming surveys in Qualtrics, Decipher, Suzy, Prodege, or similar platforms
Experience driving marketing impact by partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping go-to-market plans, campaign launch strategies, and creative briefs
Experience running and facilitating insights workshops for marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong ability to distill ambiguous business questions into clear research hypotheses and execution plans
Proven ability to synthesize complex data and research into simple, actionable insights
Experience managing external research agencies and research operations
Experience working within complex stakeholder environments and influencing across levels
Hands-on experience designing, fielding, analyzing, and reporting both quantitative and qualitative studies
Strong storytelling and deck-building skills to communicate insights to executives and non-research audiences
Bachelor degree or equivalent exp
Preferred
Experience in consumer research across retail—both in-store and online
Experience with AI-enabled tools to enhance insight generation and workflows
