Responsibilities
Advise high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection strategies
Assist with the administration of trusts and estates, including trust modifications and tax planning initiatives
Take initiative on transactional and deal-related work while managing tasks with minimal supervision
Collaborate as part of a legal team while maintaining strong and professional client relationships
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and trust and estate administration
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Estate Planning LL.M. or Tax LL.M
