Responsibilities
Lead social-first content and launch strategy for startup founders
Own launch go-to-market across social, marketing assets, and launch moments
Build, refine, and operationalize a scalable video launch playbook
Write, shape, and pressure-test social posts for founder-led launches
Orchestrate launch-day execution across platforms to maximize velocity
Execute directly when founders need hands-on support
Analyze performance signals and rapidly iterate on formats, messaging, and distribution
Collaborate closely with the organization’s co-founders to develop content and social strategy
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience owning content and social execution in startups, agencies, brands, or creator-led teams
Strong understanding of virality, short-form storytelling, audience behavior, and distribution mechanics
Demonstrated growth and go-to-market experience linking content, social, messaging, timing, and launch touchpoints
Deep platform fluency on X (preferred) and LinkedIn; solid knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Ability to convert creative insights and performance data into clear, opinionated launch strategies
Excellent writing skills with strong instincts for hooks, clarity, and tone
Experience managing multiple client launches or accounts simultaneously
Confident leading founder-facing calls; decisive, hands-on, and fast to iterate based on real results
