VIR Properties is seeking a friendly and reliable Entry-level Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions across marketing campaigns and promotional activities. This role involves delivering excellent service and ensuring customers receive a positive experience while working closely with the customer service and marketing teams.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Provide accurate information about campaigns, promotions, and services
Assist customers throughout their journey and resolve basic queries
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Collect customer feedback to support campaign improvement
Provide general administrative support to the customer service team
