Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Financial Analysts
Oversee P&L performance and deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
Manage KPI development, tracking, and dashboard reporting
Direct budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling
Prepare high-impact management reporting packages and executive presentations
Perform ad hoc and strategic analysis to support business decisions
Partner cross-functionally to understand performance drivers and influence outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field from a top-tier program
8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or related fields
Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing Finance teams
Expert-level Excel modeling skills; proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools
Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong track record of career progression and job stability
Must be based in the Atlanta area for consideration
Preferred
Preference given to those with experience in private equity, top tier consulting firms, or investment banking
