Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate activities of internal and external staff across multiple IT projects
Develop and maintain project plans and artifacts using standard methodologies and templates
Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope
Perform project management duties throughout the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify recommendations for improvement
Maintain productive relationships with technology teams, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices

Qualification

PMP CertificationProject ManagementServiceNowSAPITIL/ITSMLeadershipCommunicationOrganizational Skills

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects of various sizes and complexities
Expertise in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk management
PMP Certification required
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow modules (Idea, Project, Demand)
Familiarity with enterprise business solutions and SAP projects
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies
