Responsibilities
Direct detailed aspects of art and animation ensuring high quality products
Develops concepts with designers; understanding the game play/functionality and translating their vision into actionable art strategies for projects
Manage and advise artists and animators day-to-day operations, work products and deadlines
Interpret and disseminate cross-team feedback to the art team
Create illustration and animation assets
Assists Designers in gathering assets to be presented and reviewed in Designer meetings
Mentor and train artists
Manages timelines, resources, and budget allocations for art related projects; ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Works closely with multiple internal and external global teams
Carries the creative process from concept to completion
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience creating art packages in slot or video game industry
1+ years experience in commercial illustration, animation or art direction of real money slot games
Portfolio of previous slot game work that displays an ability to turn ideas into compelling games
Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Esoteric Spine
Demonstrated knowledge of the game development process
Authorization to work without work visa sponsorship now and in the future
Willingness to take an art test
