Responsibilities

Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for professionals, executives, investors, and talent-based visas
Advise employers on I-9 compliance, audits, corporate immigration strategy, and workforce mobility
Assist families with petitions, consular processing, adjustments of status, waivers, and related filings
Represent clients in removal defense matters, including hearings, motions, and appeals
Conduct client interviews, gather documentation, and develop effective case strategies
Maintain consistent communication with employers, HR teams, families, and individual clients

Required

1–10+ years of experience as an Immigration Attorney in business, family, or removal defense matters
Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL, DOS, and immigration court procedures
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Excellent drafting, organizational, and advocacy skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented casework
Client-centered approach with cultural sensitivity
Solid legal research and procedural knowledge
Organized, responsive, and collaborative working style

Bilingual abilities preferred for many roles
