Responsibilities

Advise clients on antitrust issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
Lead and oversee HSR filings and related regulatory submissions
Supervise and mentor associates on antitrust and competition matters
Collaborate with experts on disputes, fact development, and depositions
Draft and review discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda
Develop and execute antitrust case strategy in coordination with deal teams

Required

8+ years of experience in antitrust and competition law
Substantial experience with HSR filings and merger review processes

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage complex matters independently and collaboratively
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with global merger control regimes
Relevant government antitrust experience is a plus
