Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided); heavy focus on apartment complexes and multifamily new construction projects
Build rapport with property manager
Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
Educate on our services and book repairs
Some work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
Daily check-in with the Owner
Qualification
Required
Strong rapport skills and persistence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided
