Responsibilities
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to define business requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
Overseeing and coordinating the design and implementation of new developments and enhancements
Performing cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions
Ensuring the effective utilization of resources and the prioritization of work during the business planning process
Producing written documentation to support new business processes, systems, and solutions
Helping to implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and holding regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA
A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
