Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for aircraft sales, acquisitions, and fleet growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners
Identify on- and off-market opportunities aligned with fleet requirements
Lead negotiations and ensure full regulatory and contractual compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage seamless transactions
Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in aircraft sales/acquisitions or a comparable aviation role
Proven ability to close complex, high-value transactions
Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation market dynamics
Proficiency with JETNET, AMSTAT, and CRM systems
Have the right to live and work in the U.S
