Responsibilities
Take the lead on service calls that require strong technical judgment
Work hands-on with a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
Identifying system faults
Performing corrective repairs
Supporting equipment start-ups
Evaluating system efficiency
Documenting service findings
Communicating with customers and internal teams
Provide guidance to newer technicians depending on project needs
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience servicing commercial HVAC (not just residential)
Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults
Comfortable working with modern HVAC technologies such as VRF or building controls
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Ability to read wiring diagrams, plans, and equipment documentation
Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor/rooftop environments
