The role involves configuration and optimization responsibilities, as well as building solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Assessing the current state of TalkDesk IVR flows, and fixing / optimizing them
Monitoring call queues and KPIs to seek ways to optimize agent workflows inside Talkdesk
Creating campaigns in Talkdesk - setting up text messages/blasts to providers and members
Piloting the build of AI agents within Talkdesk to handle inbound calls and relieve volume spikes
Ensuring transcripts route correctly to the datawarehouse for analysis
Meeting with front line agents and business executives (Director / VP level) to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and discuss solutions
Overseeing, monitoring and creating projects/initiatives around new product features and ideas
Interfacing directly with the Optimization/Process Improvement team and other business stakeholders on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
5+ years professional experience as a Product Analyst / Product Manager
Must have recent experience with the TalkDesk platform
Experienced building and troubleshooting IVRs and call flows
Experience in requirements analysis and building new features for TalkDesk
Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred
Prior healthcare industry experience - either on the payer or provider side
