Responsibilities
Performs agency management responsibilities that involve analyzing, monitoring and evaluating assigned agencies in a territory to identify potential concerns or trends within their book of business
Works closely with Business Development Reps and/or Supervisor and assigned agencies, and acts as a liaison to influence the overall profitability, quality and composition of each agency’s book
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or Technical or specialized knowledge or equivalent, related experience
1 - 3 years' experience
One-year prior experience in the insurance industry or customer service. Preferably actively enrolled in a degree or CPCU Program
