Responsibilities

Assist in exceeding regional Capital & AET sales quotas by driving clinical adoption, surgeon engagement, and technical ROI through effective pre- and post-sale support

Conducting/supporting customer-facing sales meetings

Facilitating successful on-site trials & evaluations of S+N capital & AET products

Facilitating post-sale product implementation & engagement

Ensuring flawless trial execution and maintaining a professional representation of Smith & Nephew

Achieving positive trial outcomes to boost capital & AET opportunity closures

Identifying further capital upgrade possibilities within accounts

Creating collateral materials and conducting training sessions to enhance Capital & AET evaluations in the region

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5-8 years of capital field sales, or capital-related field technical support experience

2 years of sales experience with a strong focus on customer service is required
