Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer discussions
Collaborate with the sales team and software development managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed
Source candidates using various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies
Conduct technical screenings and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical openings
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and emerging technologies to advise hiring managers
Represent the company in career fairs, networking events, and online recruitment campaigns

Required

2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (IT, software development, or engineering roles preferred)
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for technical roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, etc
Strong understanding of technical roles, software development lifecycle, and IT terminology
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to screen, evaluate, and interview technical candidates
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
