Review and analyze educational materials for instructional clarity, coherence, and learning effectiveness
Evaluate how complex concepts are introduced and developed within instructional contexts
Assess sequencing of pedagogical content to ensure logical progression and conceptual scaffolding
Apply instructional theory to draft clear explanations and structured evaluations
Support AI systems in understanding teaching strategies, motivation theory, and learning design principles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Psychology, or a related field
Professional experience in teaching, curriculum development, or instructional design
Familiarity with educational psychology and learning theory concepts
Strong analytical and writing skills in educational contexts
High attention to detail with a clear understanding of pedagogy and conceptual frameworks
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
