Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Safety Team to design and execute custom red-teaming exercises and targeted training initiatives
Conduct adversarial testing across technical, social, and multimodal AI systems
Develop creative attack scenarios and evaluation frameworks aligned with frontier AI safety objectives
Document findings with clear technical detail and concise executive-level summaries
Contribute to ongoing research on AI risk, alignment, and adversarial robustness
Support special projects, pilots, and rapid-response safety evaluations as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in red-teaming, adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, or related domains
Strong understanding of AI safety challenges and frontier model risks
Ability to think creatively and systematically about adversarial threats and failure modes
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce structured, high-quality reports
Flexible, adaptive mindset suited to exploratory, project-based work
Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
