Responsibilities

Leading HR strategy and operations for our U.S. site
Spanning the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and compliance with U.S. labor laws
Fostering a strong company culture and ensuring that our teams are engaged, motivated, and supported in their growth

Required

4+ years of HR experience from a tech company located in the U.S, with at least a year experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
Experience in management coaching, including working with mid-management and senior management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams
Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Experience with payroll and benefit management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
