Human Resource Coordinator
Prometric is a leading provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions. The Human Resource Coordinator provides support for the Talent Acquisition and HRIS team, assisting in the onboarding process and ensuring compliance with documentation and background checks.

Responsibilities
Process all new hire paperwork, following up as required to ensure that all documentation is completed and accurate prior to the new employee’s start date as outlined in the new hire checklist
High touchpoint cadence via phone and email between new hires, hiring managers, and others involved in the onboarding process
Complete I-9 and E-Verify compliance within 3 days of new hire start date
Coordinate the employment verifications and background check process for all new hires
Maintain personnel records according to government regulations and to ensure confidentiality
Process all employee record changes within the HRIS
Provide assistance to Talent Acquisition Team and perform other duties as assigned
Assist with other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business, HR or related field preferred. Bachelor degree preferred
0-2 years Human Resources experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Dayforce or similar HRMS
Proficient with MS office, especially Excel. Some database experience preferred
High attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to handle highly confidential material
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
