Responsibilities
Own and prioritize product features and backlogs; act as the final authority on scope and definition of done
Drive product strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle planning using rolling-wave plans
Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into executable product work
Ensure alignment and work cascade from portfolio to program and team levels, including PI and sprint objectives
Identify, track, and manage program risks, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive product innovation and participate in RFP reviews as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior-level Product Management experience (managing the process, not people)
Hands-on experience with Workday platforms (required)
Experience supporting HR domains such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll
Strong experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
