Responsibilities
Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of private credit investments across the infrastructure space, including senior, mezzanine, and structured debt opportunities
Oversee financial modelling, due diligence, and credit analysis across both new and existing investments
Prepare and present investment committee materials, articulating key risk and return considerations
Manage transaction processes end-to-end, including coordinating external advisors and internal stakeholders
Support ongoing portfolio management activities, including monitoring performance, covenant compliance, and valuation updates
Contribute to the development of sector views, origination strategies, and thematic investment approaches
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering analytical and professional growth
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in infrastructure finance, private credit, or leveraged finance, ideally from a top-tier bank, infrastructure fund, or institutional investor
Strong understanding of credit risk, capital structures, and infrastructure asset dynamics
Demonstrated experience leading deal execution and managing transaction workstreams
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
Team-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded individual with strong work ethic
