Responsibilities
Manage EPC projects across renewables and industrial markets, from planning through execution and closeout
Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and scope to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Provide technical and operational guidance to project teams and support cross-functional collaboration
Support continuous improvement initiatives and document lessons learned for future projects
Qualification
Required
Experience in EPC project management preferred; candidates from a developer background also considered
Diverse project portfolio ideally including solar, battery energy storage systems, and thermal projects
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
