Required

5+ years of product management/Development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on mobile apps or platform with emphasis on eComm

Experience in leading a mobile roadmap – Shape the end-to-end product strategy for iOS and Android, balancing core improvements with innovative, cross-platform opportunities

Proven experience owning and driving product strategy and roadmaps with measurable impact on app performance, scalability, or developer productivity

Deep knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, including release processes, app store management, and CI/CD best practices

Strong background in accessibility, knowledgeable in accessibility standards, testing, and building inclusive experiences

Exceptional communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for executives, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve trade-offs, and align stakeholders at all levels

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Hands-on and curious, with a willingness to dive deep into technical challenges, ask tough questions, and continuously learn
