Apply public policy expertise to develop high-quality, real-world research and analysis tasks for advanced AI models
Create challenging problem sets involving legislative tracking, federal budget analysis, and regulatory research
Conduct research across government databases and public sector data portals to extract and structure policy-relevant information
Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance in public policy and governance tasks
Collaborate asynchronously with a team of policy experts and researchers
Qualification
Required
PhD or Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university
Professional experience in government, think tanks, policy research, or public sector consulting
Hands-on experience with government data sources such as OpenStates, FOIA.gov, OMB databases, or federal agency portals
Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment
