Responsibilities
The role involves independently managing the end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical research projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant outcomes that meet customer expectations
The selected candidate will provide leadership and vision to the team in the areas of data management project planning, execution, and close-out; financial management; communications; and milestone deliverables
Experience serving as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables
Experience managing multiple large global studies or program of global studies
Experience leading direct negotiations with customer, e.g., timelines, financial, process, resources
Experience providing training and development on data management expertise to junior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent Lead, with an overall 10 years of CDM experience
Experience serving as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables
Experience managing multiple large global studies or program of global studies
Experience leading direct negotiations with customer, e.g., timelines, financial, process, resources
Experience providing training and development on data management expertise to junior team members
