Responsibilities

Reporting to and providing support to the tax partners and senior management, the successful candidate will assist with detailed research projects including review of tax regulations, court rulings, and FATCA/CRS/CBCR guidance, as well as drafting tax memorandums and correspondence with tax authorities
The role will also involve preparing various foreign reporting disclosures and forms including Forms 926, 5471, 8865, and FinCen 114

Required

At least 3 years of professional services experience and/or a Law Degree; LLM in Taxation is advantageous
At least 2 years of U.S. tax experience
Understanding of FATCA/CRS/CBCR reporting and guidelines
Experience with preparation of foreign reporting disclosures and forms (e.g., Forms 926, 5471, 8865, FinCen 114)
Client-facing experience with international clients
Strong attention to detail and ability to work at one's own initiative and within a small team
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods
Relocation to Cayman (assistance and work permit sponsorship provided)
