Help Desk Technician
GC Associates USA is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide support to the US Army Reserve 9th Mission Support Command. The role involves managing C4IM missions and providing direct support for network functions and unified communications in the Pacific region.

Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience providing IT support services troubleshooting both hardware and software issues in mixed environments that include Workstations & laptops (SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIX, STAMIS, etc.), Servers, Mobile devices, A/V equipment
Extensive working knowledge of Active Directory
Extensive working knowledge of OS delivery methods (Altiris Deployment Solution, SCCM, etc.)
Extensive working knowledge of Tiered Help Desk approach
Extensive working knowledge of Work ticket tracking solutions (Altiris Help Desk, Remedy)
Extensive working knowledge of Networking support
IAT Level II (per DoD 8570.1)
Preferred
Clearance Required: Secret or Top Secret
