Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Building Automation / DDC Controls Technician to join their team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for programming, installing, servicing, and maintaining Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) at commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

Professionally interface with commercial building customers and contractors
Program and install BAS and DDC control systems
Perform scheduled and routine maintenance on BAS components, including front-end systems, DDC controllers, and end devices
Respond to service calls (emergency, on-site, and remote support)
Troubleshoot and repair control systems and connected devices
Back up controller programs and BAS computers/servers
Use maintenance software to document services and manage work orders

Required

3-4+ years of experience installing and programming BAS & DDC control systems
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Test and Balance
Fume Hood systems
TEL, Triatek, and/or Metasys controls

Preferred

Associate degree preferred
