Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain TBM models, architecture, and data structures across cost pools, services, towers, and related domains
Translate business and functional requirements into effective platform configurations and reporting solutions
Develop, test, document, and maintain dashboards, reports, and underlying data models
Provide day-to-day administration and production support for the TBM platform, including release cycles and enhancements
Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual TBM operational calendars, including forecasting and planning cycles
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and gap analysis; collaborate with data owners to improve data maturity and quality
Execute data loads and manage reference data, mappings, and error resolution
Support system integrations and data connectivity using APIs and embedded connectors
Monitor dashboards and controls to proactively identify and resolve data or system issues
Partner with technology and finance leaders to align platform capabilities with reporting and analytics needs
Import, normalize, and model data from multiple enterprise systems and cloud platforms
Enhance platform functionality through automation, configuration improvements, and new reporting capabilities
Serve as the primary technical liaison with external TBM platform support and engagement teams
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
8+ years of experience in systems analysis or analytics-focused technology roles
5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring a TBM platform
Professional certification in Technology Business Management
Preferred
Advanced experience managing TBM platforms and financial transparency solutions
Strong foundation in accounting principles and IT financial management practices
Experience supporting cost transparency, IT planning, and allocation models
High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and macros
Proven ability to analyze and resolve data quality and integration issues
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation methodologies
Experience working with large, complex datasets and BI or analytics tools
Knowledge of cloud cost management, particularly in public cloud environments
Strong understanding of TBM taxonomy and financial modeling concepts
Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
Working knowledge of relational databases and data integration concepts
Ability to translate executive-level objectives into clear technical requirements
Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
