Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality tax services to a diverse client base, including corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
Provide strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, ensuring clients receive proactive and tailored solutions
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and technical excellence
Drive business development efforts, cultivate client relationships, and expand service offerings in alignment with the firm’s growth objectives
Collaborate with other partners and practice leaders to ensure seamless client service across disciplines
Qualification
Required
CPA license required
12+ years of progressive tax experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or partner-track role
Strong technical expertise across federal, state, and local tax matters, including corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams
