Responsibilities
Provide front line support for high volume trading activities during U.S. and extended market hours
Monitor trading systems and electronic connectivity with market centers, clearing firms, and OMS providers
Collaborate with operations, compliance, technology, and Seoul-based teams to ensure consistent execution and timely resolution of issues
Liaise with external partners to resolve trading problems including clearing firms, exchanges, and vendors
Execute client orders across U.S. equities, ETFs, and options, ensuring adherence to best execution standards and regulatory guidelines
Handle trade reconciliation, exceptions, and post trade issues, including corporate actions
Contribute to the development and optimization of trading workflows and operational processes
Ensure compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations through execution of Written Supervisory Procedures
Stay informed of regulatory changes, industry trends, and market developments to provide actionable insights
Identify opportunities for process and technology optimization to enhance trading efficiency
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in brokerage and trading
Strong proficiency in trading technologies, OMS, and related platforms
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and external partners (clearing firms, exchanges, vendors)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
FINRA Series 7 license required
