Responsibilities

Solution Architecture: Design and architect end-to-end SAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability. Ensure alignment with SAM frameworks, regulatory compliance, and security standards

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive SAM strategies, including asset lifecycle management, software license optimization, vendor management, and contract management. Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement and automation

Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of SAM solutions, including configuring the ServiceNow platform, customizing workflows, designing data models, and integrating with external systems. Define and execute data migration strategies

Streamline and enhance SAM processes, workflows, and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Identify opportunities for automation, orchestration, and integration to improve the overall asset management lifecycle

Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure successful adoption of SAM solutions. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate the value of SAM initiatives

Develop governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and risk management in software asset management. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions

Monitor and analyse the performance of SAM solutions, identify areas for optimization, and implement enhancements to drive continuous improvement. Regularly review metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of SAM programs
